Administer and support MySQL databases across production and non-production environments.
Manage GCP Cloud SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including provisioning, scaling, high availability, replication, backup, and recovery
Lead database migration initiatives from on-premises to cloud platforms using GCP migration services
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for automated database provisioning and management
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and capacity planning
Support analytics and reporting workloads using BigQuery and related GCP services
Implement high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security best practices
Collaborate with DevOps, application, and platform teams to deliver reliable database services
