About the Role
We’re looking for a highly operational, agile Digital Marketing Producer to manage production for a dynamic, global marketing website and app experience on behalf of the client, a world-class technology organization. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on scaling the client’s digital presence at an ambitious level.
This is a production role at its core. You’ll own deliverables, timelines, and coordination across website marketing projects, site updates, product updates, and app content. Partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, GTM, Legal, SEO, UI/UX, and Dev teams, you’ll serve as the central operational hub, making sure global product launches and major brand moments come to life on time and exactly as intended.
The ideal candidate is a decisive, hands-on producer with a bias to action who moves with urgency and purpose. You’re comfortable managing many high-velocity projects at once, thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, and know how to keep every stakeholder aligned on launch readiness.

What You’ll Do
- Act as “air traffic control” for website marketing projects, product page updates, site updates, and app store content updates, setting priorities and keeping every project moving
- Must have CMS experience.
- Own deliverables and schedules end to end, keeping trackers updated as projects evolve
- Coordinate the upload and maintenance of final creative and copy across the website and app, working closely with internal creative teams and agency partners
- Manage the ticket pipeline with the dev vendor, making sure tickets and project trackers stay accurate and serve as the source of truth
- Lead pre-launch QA, including link checks, deeplinks, and UTM tracking, so every launch is fully ready
- Drive cross-functional alignment across meetings, chat spaces, and email threads; triage inbound requests and keep approvals moving
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks, speed up production cycles, and find smarter ways to work
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in digital production, marketing production, or marketing operations
- Proven track record as a producer in a fast-paced, ambiguous, agile environment, at scale
- Ability to manage many complex projects at once without losing momentum, quality, or stakeholder trust
- Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and great at staying on top of deliverables
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to be the operational hub for cross-functional teams so nothing falls through the cracks
- AI fluency, with hands-on experience using tools like generative AI assistants and automation platforms to work more efficiently
- A doer mindset; you build momentum rather than create bottlenecks
- Experience working with big brands or top agencies. A mixture of big tech and startup would be ideal
- Working familiarity with CMS platforms, ticketing workflows, and web tracking (UTMs, deeplinks)
Nice to Have
- Marketing background with a solid understanding of web best practices and user journeys
- Experience in large, matrixed enterprise or tech organizations with many stakeholders
