Are you interested in leading a team that is exploring and improving processes, learning new tools, and collaborating with a diverse network of colleagues and stakeholders? Look no further and join our 1LoD Financial Crime Governance and Regulatory Engagement (“G&RE”) Team to lead the Implementation Oversight & Regulatory Reporting (IORR) team at Danske Bank!

In our IORR team, we maintain oversight of the implementation of Financial Crime (“FC”) requirements across the Danske Bank Group and coordinate regulatory reporting across many diverse regulatory authorities. By working closely with stakeholders across the organization, we provide transparency on implementation progress, risks, challenges, and key areas requiring management attention.

The team is expected to be a trusted partner to stakeholders across Financial Crime, providing reporting, governance support, and insights that help to enhance implementation oversight and regulatory compliance.

In addition to leading the specialized IORR Team, the selected individual will be the local onsite representative of the G&RE Leadership Team also providing support for a sister team co-located in Vilnius without line management responsibility. Supporting team engagement, local routines and collaboration across both teams.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, transparency and momentum to complex activities, building strong stakeholder relationships across locations and business units, and translating business needs into effective governance, oversight, and reporting solutions.
