L'équipe de Marketing des Solutions Technologiques de McKesson Canada est responsable de la planification et de la mise en œuvre de projets et d'événements pour positionner McKesson comme un leader de la technologie pharmaceutique au Canada et un leader des solutions d'automatisation sur le marché américain. Le rôle de Stagiaire Spécialiste Associé en Marketing est un rôle généraliste en marketing qui offrira une exposition à divers aspects de la fonction marketing au sein des Solutions Technologiques, ainsi qu'au marketing de la technologie de la santé à travers l'Amérique du Nord.

Responsabilités

• Exécuter un calendrier marketing centralisé incluant le marketing numérique, les campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux et par courriel, en contribuant à leur cycle de vie complet, y compris le développement créatif/rédactionnel, la segmentation des données et le reporting/analyse.
• Développer du contenu engageant pour les outils d'aide à la vente tels que brochures, vidéos, webinaires, articles et similaires.
• Créer des publications attrayantes sur les réseaux sociaux et du contenu numérique pour améliorer notre présence en ligne et interagir avec notre audience (principalement axé sur LinkedIn).
• Aider au marketing des salons professionnels et/ou au soutien des événements, y compris un soutien possible sur place durant les événements.
• S'assurer que les livrables de marketing et de communication respectent les directives de la marque, permettant une livraison cohérente de la marque.
• Fournir du contenu de haute qualité à travers une variété de canaux, en traduisant les termes informatiques en concepts généraux faciles à comprendre pour les clients; simplifier le complexe en communications claires, concises et engageantes sans perdre les idées et messages clés.
• Concevoir des solutions créatives qui stimulent la demande, en apportant de nouvelles idées à la position des produits et aux campagnes marketing.
• Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées pour soutenir McKesson Canada.

Qualifications

·         Actuellement en cours d'obtention d'un diplôme en Marketing, Commerce, Communications ou un domaine connexe.

·         Compétences analytiques solides et attention aux détails.

·         Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

·         Le candidat doit être entièrement bilingue à un niveau élevé en français/anglais (obligatoire - parlé et écrit), car il doit pouvoir rédiger des textes marketing qui résonneront au Québec, au Canada anglophone et aux États-Unis.

·         Fort narrateur avec la capacité de créer des récits convaincants, sous divers formats, y compris la vidéo, à l'appui de nos stratégies d'affaires et de produits.

·         Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office 365.

·         Expérience en conception graphique avec des outils tels que Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop est un atout.

·         Familiarité avec la gestion des réseaux sociaux et les outils de marketing numérique est un plus.

·         Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

·         Expérience de travail dans un environnement de pharmacie de détail est un atout.

Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Job Summary

McKesson Canada’s Technology Solutions Marketing team is responsible for planning and implementing projects and events to position McKesson as a pharmacy technology leader in Canada, and an automation solutions leader in the US market. The Associate Marketing Specialist Intern is a marketing generalist role that will provide exposure to various aspects of the greater marketing function within Technology Solutions, as well as healthcare technology marketing across North America.

Responsibilities

• Execute against a centralized marketing calendar to include digital marketing, social media and email campaigns, contributing to their full life cycle, including creative/copy development, data segmentation, and reporting/analysis
• Develop engaging content for sales enablement assets such as brochures, videos, webinars, articles and similar 
• Create compelling social media posts and digital content to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience (primarily focused on LinkedIn)
• Assist in trade show marketing and/or event support, including possible on-site support during events
• Ensure marketing and communications deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, enabling consistent brand delivery
• Deliver high quality content through a variety of channels, translating IT terms into easy-to-understand general concepts for customers; simplify the complex into clear, concise, engaging communications without losing key ideas and messages

• Build creative solutions that drive demand, bringing fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns

• Perform other duties as assigned to support McKesson Canada

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The candidate must be fully bilingual at a high level in French/English (mandatory - speaking and writing), as they must be able to write marketing copy that will resonate in Québec, English Canada and the United States.
• Strong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives, in various formats, including video, in support of our business and product strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

• Graphic design experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop is an asset

• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment is an asset

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Québec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
