Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining the Equity & Debt Advisory team as an Analyst. The team operates in the sectors of digital & tech infrastructure, energy transition and natural resources, as well as transport and environment. In close collaboration with the sector teams and other areas of expertise at Natixis, she contributes to the origination and execution of debt and equity advisory mandates.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to: 

• Contribute to commercial development and the execution of debt, M&A, and equity financing advisory assignments, in collaboration with sector bankers and experienced team members;

• Carry out market analyses and financial and technical work: comparative studies, modeling, valuation, analysis of the structure of capital and credit;

• Prepare presentations, reports and sales materials and contribute to updating internal databases.
