Shape the Future of Enterprise Growth: Senior Director of Revenue Strategic Initiatives
Drive high-impact strategic growth and operational excellence alongside our AECO Chief Revenue Officer. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will serve as both an advisory partner and operational powerhouse, connecting executive vision with global execution to transform go-to-market performance across our enterprise ecosystem.
What Makes This Role Great: As a trusted strategic advisor to the CRO, you will directly shape enterprise go-to-market strategy, lead high-stakes revenue initiatives, and serve as the operational connective tissue across global sales, marketing, and customer success teams to unlock long-term business value.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to deliver data-driven insights, synthesize complex market dynamics, and guide executive decision-making.
- Spearhead critical cross-functional revenue growth initiatives from strategy to execution while optimizing resource allocation and project governance.
- Orchestrate executive communication and engagement channels, including Sales Leadership Team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and global All Hands.
- Lead CRO messaging and strategy alignment for major corporate events, including the Annual Sales Kickoff.
- Optimize executive workflow and cross-departmental alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize operational efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology, strategy, project management, sales operations, or business development.
- Proven expertise navigating complex enterprise go-to-market dynamics and multi-channel revenue models.
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities with demonstrated success in budget optimization and OKR management.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to translate intricate data into compelling, actionable strategic initiatives.
- Masterful stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of influencing executive leadership.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
