Job DescriptionJob ID: MJ000422Job descriptionResponsible in managing collection unit Reporting & Analytics and Strategic & Process Development both workflow and system solutionsAnalyze & synthesize collection data into improvement recommendation by considering cost, benefit, and impact analysisAble to review collection process and number in the big picture, meanwhile paying attention to detail of each sequenceOverseeing dashboard collection metrics for monitoring and analytic purposesConduct serial analysis & ad hoc that not limited only to Collections, but also collaborate with Risk-Fraud-Product teamAble to formulate collection strategy & processes and translate into actionable stepsManage multiple collection projects by following standard project management approachesWorking closely with Data Analytics team & Product Manager in order to deliver output: collection product review & developmentOverseeing and ensure any collection process changes updated into Change Management & Standard Operating ProceduresQualificationHave minimum 7 years of experience, and minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position from Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Data Science/IT/Management (Master degree is a plus)Expertise in Collection.
