About The JobThe Human Resources team is responsible for building the organisation that executes Traveloka's ambitions. We cover talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee experience across eleven markets.
Our focus right now is raising the bar on who we hire, how we develop people, and how we reward strong performance. As a Regional Recruiter, you will drive recruitment initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring Traveloka remains competitive in the region.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers across Asia Pacific to understand business priorities, define hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals and other relevant channels.
Work effectively with stakeholders across different markets, nationalities and cultures, adapting your approach to local needs. Share market insights and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness. Job RequirementsYou hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
You bring at least six years of recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house environment. You have experience recruiting across Asia Pacific. Experience in an online travel agency (OTA) or the digital industry is a plus.
You speak and write fluently in English and Thai, with strong communication skills in both languages. You manage multiple searches and competing priorities while keeping quality and responsiveness high. You work independently and are self-motivated, with sound judgment and a strong sense of ownership.
