• Provide end-to-end operational support for Structured Products and SPV activities, from launch to redemption and lifecycle events.
• Manage securitisation activities, including trade issuance, processing, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Fund Administrators, Custodians, Paying Agents, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
• Investigate and resolve complex trade issues while acting as a key liaison between Business, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and external stakeholders.
• Analyse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and client experience.
• Drive process enhancements, support ongoing projects, participate in new business initiatives, and perform user testing.
• Ensure adherence to Middle Office risk and control frameworks, maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
• Produce regulatory reports, perform control checks, manage reporting exceptions, and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
