Do you like working in dynamic environment with focus on global markets products? Do you seek an opportunity to work cross-product sales teams and business stakeholders in driving the sales strategy forward? We’re looking for a self-driven, analytical, forward-thinking individual who can to high degree work independently to join our Zurich UGM COO distribution team to support the UGM EMEA Distribution.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• drive day to day COO BAU activities: business analytics / performance summaries / MI, controls, problem solving, management support,
• drive preparation of highly qualitative outputs such as presentations and various MI documentation for Senior Management
• support orchestration of AI agenda within COO and platform transformation in sales processes though automation / AI
• maintain robust operating platform front-to-back incl. ownership of key controls and front to back product flows / process mapping & review
• support implementations of the sales and client strategies with product business area/sales team
• serve as liaison between lines of business and various support partners, helping to drive accountability across all internal functions
• work with Technology to support implementation of front to back systems / improvements and MI, incl. One UBS Revenue reporting, CID management across divisions
