HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories. We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.

This role supports the Global FX Services (GFS) COO and the five-service GFS business: Custody FX, FX Overlay, FX Prime Services, Execution & Trading Services, and Transactional FX. The GFS Business Manager will join the wider Global Macro FX, Rates & Commodities Business Management function.

It’s a broad, high-impact role covering strategic business management, project and change delivery, performance oversight, governance, financial discipline and day-to-day support. Reporting to the Global COO, the role will help shape and deliver the strategic agenda while maintaining operational discipline and resolving issues effectively.

The role will drive strategic change, support growth, improve governance and management information, simplify processes and strengthen controls. It will also coordinate and escalate issues across the business, functions and regions, ensuring they’re identified and managed promptly.
