Your role 

As an HRBP Intern, you will support the EMEA Retail HR team by providing analytical, operational, and talent management support across multiple countries. You will contribute to key HR processes, helping to ensure data accuracy, process standardization, and effective people management across the Retail EMEA organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both HR Business Partnering and Talent Management activities within a dynamic international retail environment, working closely with regional and local HR teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Retail EMEA HR team in supporting the Retail organization across the EMEA region, acting as a liaison between corporate and local HR teams.

• HR Data & Reporting: Collect, validate, and analyze HR data to support dashboards, presentations, and decision-making processes across HR teams.

• Talent Management: Contribute to key Talent Management processes, including performance management activities, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement actions across the EMEA Retail organization.

• HR Process Support: Contribute to the preparation of materials for key HR processes, update documentation, and ensure accuracy in organizational charts and tracking tools.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for HR data, talent management, and support needs from different HR teams, ensuring alignment across countries.

• Support on interns’ and early careers population on ad hoc support, career planning, performance management, recruitment, onboarding activities and interviews together with managers.

Main requirements:

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Interest in HR processes

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
