Overview

Enterprises are rapidly increasing their use of AI agents, but many still lack a clear way to understand what agents they have, what those agents are doing, and whether administrative policies are being enforced.

Microsoft Agent 365 is building the core platform to address these needs across agents, tools, MCP servers, and models. The capabilities we build support experiences across the Microsoft 365 admin center, Cowork, security, FinOps, and partner integrations.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a major area of Agent 365 Core. This person should be comfortable working across platform, product, and engineering boundaries and should have recent, hands-on experience building with AI.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

2. A process you improved with AI

Describe a process you changed for yourself or your team. What did the process look like before and after, and what measurably improved?

3. A time AI output failed
