As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a pharmaceutical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. You will deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly and responding to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific access-control requirements.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
