Role and Responsibilities:
1. Maximize sell-outs by working with the dealers on store level
2. Strengthen profit-based upselling of premium products by optimizing SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for each store
3. Minimize faulty products and obsolete inventory through stores inventory management
Role and Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze store sales data to identify low performing KPIs (Key Performance Index) of the retailers and participate in the proposal of collaboration to retailers
- Carry out retail mapping to select the stores with the highest growth potential with retailers to achieve the maximum return on investment
- Analyze to determine the most suitable products to display in stores based on retail mapping and the sales characteristics of each store

Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in strategy and POS execution, Vendors control, KV development and execution
- Budget Management according to target, CP recover based on ROS of activities
- Promotors Team training and reduce promotors Turnover, develop channels strategy and execution side by side with PM heads
- Experience training sales teams on product strategy, key selling points, and product differentiation, translating technical information into clear, conversational sales messages.
- Experience implementing brand strategies at the point of sale to drive sell-out, with a focus on execution, performance tracking, and measurable results
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- English proficiency
