Hello SLPs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in the Independence, OR area. What You'll Do
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Oregon SLP License
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
