This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Senior Associate, Product Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Digital Product Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager Product Management, you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.

What you'll do during a typical day:

• Contribute to the Hilton Digital roadmap as it relates to portions of the digital property, shop, and book experiences.
• Write top-notch requirements, and work with your delivery pod to build and bring concepts to life for our customers.
• Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that make the most impact.
• Define the product's success metrics, analyze/present data post-launch, and quickly act on trends.

How you'll collaborate with others:

• Build trusted working relationships across Hilton, including working with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams.
• Define and present new product concepts to technical and non-technical partners.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

• Identify and build new features that improve the digital property experience for guests visiting our website.
• Define and prioritize customer experience features by working with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.
