WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Finance Analyst, this role works closely with Finance, Controlling and business partners across the organization. The Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to turn financial and business data into meaningful insights, improve reporting approaches and support informed decision-making, while contributing independently and as part of a high-performing team.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an analytical, curious and collaborative Finance Analyst who enjoys turning data into insights and insights into action. You’ll bring strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities across multiple projects. You’re comfortable investigating data, identifying trends and clearly communicating findings to business partners.
You’ll also have the agility to learn new tools and techniques quickly and a mindset focused on standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support business decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Excel and the ability to quickly learn additional data-mining and database tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt as business priorities evolve
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and help correct reporting or data inaccuracies
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll collect, analyze and report data that helps teams understand business performance, explain variances and identify trends. Your analysis and reporting will provide actionable insights that support forecasting, planning and business decisions across the EMEA organization.
- You’ll analyze financial and business data to identify trends, variances and opportunities.
- You’ll create and deliver clear reports and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- You’ll investigate variances and provide explanations, insights and recommendations.
- You’ll verify reporting accuracy and partner with teams to resolve data inaccuracies.
- You’ll support forecasting and planning through relevant data analysis and trend insights.
- You’ll identify opportunities to standardize reporting, improve efficiency and strengthen analytical approaches.
- You’ll provide analytical expertise and support to Finance and cross-functional business partners.
