Sales Senior Manager - Drilling & Completion Fluids

Join our Well Construction team!
As a Sales Senior Manager - Drilling & Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for:
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Handling important clients for a product line.
- Handling big or challenging markets or multi country
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Geology, etc)
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling & completion fluids and technical sales
- Have demonstrated experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and priorities to achieve business and operational objectives
- Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
- Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
