職務詳細：
- 支払グループのチーム運営
- 保全支払業務(解約・年金・生存・満期・貸付等)の管理
- 保全支払業務における事務企画・業務改善
- 保全支払業務における顧客体験向上
- 保全支払ベンダーとの契約等の管理
スキルと経験 （必須）：
- 生命保険会社での保全業務の実務経験
- 保全支払関連業務(解約・年金・生存・満期・貸付等)の理解
- 保全支払業務における企画・運営・業務設計の経験
- 10名以上のチームマネジメント経験 (マネージャーの場合)
- 業務プロセスの改善経験
- 部門横断での調整を円滑に進められる高いコミュニケーション能力
- 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint など）
スキルと経験 （有れば尚可）：.
- 業務マニュアル整備・教育体制構築に関する経験
- 業務システム刷新・改善・導入など、プロジェクト推進経験

- チームを率い、組織運営に主体的に取り組めるリーダーシップを持つ方
- メンバーの育成・フォローアップに熱心な、ピープルマネジメント志向の強い方
