How You’ll Make an Impact
As an, Campaign Operations Manager, you'll play an integral role in helping our global clients achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for configuration, trafficking, testing and quality assuring client campaigns, both on and off-site. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, leading digital marketing business.
Reporting to the Manager of Campaign Operations you will also have the opportunity to collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Media Delivery, Product and Engineering teams to produce high-quality results serving as a subject matter expert or facilitator as needed. This is a hybrid role based in our London office (4 days per week).
Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
- You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring a smooth launch of each campaign within the set deadline – prioritisation is key.
- Own the end-to-end setup, trafficking and quality assurance of mobile, display and video campaigns across DSP platforms, ensuring accuracy and readiness for launch
- Review and validate campaign builds pre- and post-launch, ensuring all setups meet technical requirements, client specifications and internal quality standards.
- You will become an expert in our platforms and processes whilst working on conceptualizing and developing automation projects to be used company wide.
- Build deep expertise in internal platforms, DSP workflows and operational best practices, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and support scalable automation initiatives.
- All our team members are provided an extensive training programme. You'll develop your hands-on experience and develop your leadership skills, a broad understanding of digital marketing and onsite personalisation, from both a technical and commercial perspective. We encourage continuous learning and pride ourselves in supporting the progression of our team

Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Experience configuring on or off-site campaigns
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising technology.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, adaptable and self-sufficient, with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Accountable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more DSPs across display, video and mobile campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of DSP setup, targeting, inventory and brand safety.
- Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, pixels and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing software.
