Overview
The Digital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the operational coordination of multiple brands for one of the agency’s strategic clients, ensuring the efficient implementation of digital projects, effective client relationship management, and seamless collaboration between local and international teams.
This role will have a strong focus on project management, multidisciplinary team coordination, and stakeholder management, including regular interaction with the client’s global teams and the Publicis network. The Digital Operations Coordinator will ensure strategic and operational alignment, as well as consistency in project execution across different markets.
Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main operational point of contact for multiple client brands.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with local and global stakeholders.
- Participate in alignment meetings with international teams, ensuring the effective implementation of global guidelines across local markets.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between the client, local teams, and global coordination teams.
- Prepare status reports, progress presentations, and action plans tailored to different stakeholder levels.
Global Coordination
- Work closely with global account teams, ensuring execution plans are aligned with the defined international strategy.
- Coordinate the local implementation of global campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
- Ensure the sharing of best practices, processes, and learnings across markets.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation needs with global teams.
- Ensure consistent quality of deliverables and compliance with the account’s international standards.
Project Management
- Coordinate end-to-end digital projects, from briefing through to final delivery.
- Define timelines, priorities, resources, and dependencies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different brands and stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines, quality, budgets, and achievement of project objectives.
- Anticipate risks and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Production, Data, CRM, Social Media, and WebOps.
- Ensure alignment between the different teams and areas involved in each project.
- Facilitate collaboration between local teams, Centres of Excellence, and international stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Digital Operations
- Ensure the operational implementation of digital campaigns, platforms, websites, content, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance and operational efficiency indicators.
- Ensure compliance with the processes, workflows, and quality standards defined by both the agency and the client.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
Qualifications
- Licenciatura em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão, Digital Business ou área similar.
- Mínimo de 4 a 6 anos de experiência em Project Management, Digital Operations, Client Services ou Account Management.
- Experiência comprovada em ambiente de agência criativa, digital, media ou consultoria.
- Experiência na gestão de clientes multinacionais e projetos com dimensão internacional.
- Experiência na coordenação de equipas multidisciplinares e múltiplos stakeholders.
Competências Técnicas
- Sólidos conhecimentos de gestão de projeto.
- Compreensão do ecossistema digital e das diferentes disciplinas de marketing.
- Capacidade de gestão de iniciativas complexas com múltiplas dependências
