What you'll be doing

Our Mobile Advice team helps clients navigate important home financing decisions with confidence by delivering advice that’s timely, clear, and personalized. As a Creditor Sales Insurance Associate, you’ll support mortgage clients after a warm handoff from a Mortgage Advisor to understand their needs and explore creditor insurance options that can help protect what matters most. You’ll guide clients through protection conversations early in the mortgage process, complete planning tools, support applications and documentation, and follow up to help move files forward before funding where possible. You’ll manage a pipeline of referred opportunities, keep records accurate and up to date, and work closely with Mortgage Advisors and internal partners to ensure a smooth client experience. You’ll also contribute to insurance sales growth by executing disciplined outreach and follow-up activities while maintaining a consistent, compliant, and client-focused approach.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.
