WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Gain Real-World Enterprise IT Experience
- Support a global technology environment serving over 14,000 employees across manufacturing sites, offices, and distribution centers.
- Work with modern enterprise technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service management tools.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving real business technology issues.
Work Alongside Experienced IT Professionals
- Partner with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams.
- Receive mentorship from IT leaders and subject matter experts.
- Learn industry best practices in IT operations, service management, and project delivery.
Develop Technical and Professional Skills
- Strengthen troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Improve communication and customer service skills through direct interaction with end users.
- Gain experience collaborating in a global team environment.
- Learn how technology supports business operations in a manufacturing organization.
YOU HAVE:
- Academic background in BE / B. Tech Computer Science, Electronmics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in or with – Fresher
o MS Office
o Microsoft Windows
o Troubleshooting PC hardware and software related issues
• Skills
o Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
o Microsoft Windows and M365
o Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DN, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
o Familiarity of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
o Troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues
o Basic Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
o Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
o Strong verbal and written communication
o Cyber Security Awareness
o Willingness to learn
