Arrow is looking for a commercially driven Field Sales Representative / Account Manager IP&E (m/w/d) to support our growth ambitions in South–East Germany.  

This role combines account ownership, business development and solution selling. You will grow an assigned customer base while actively identifying and winning new customers and business opportunities. 

We are looking for someone who enjoys building business, recognizes where the strongest growth opportunities are and sets the right priorities. You will understand customers’ applications, projects and business challenges and

translate them into opportunities for Arrow and our supplier partners. 

You will also work closely with our Semiconductor sales team, leveraging established customer relationships and ongoing projects to identify additional IP&E opportunities, while independently developing new business. 

What Will You Be Doing at Arrow? 

• Own and strategically develop assigned accounts, while actively identifying and winning new customers and opportunities. 

• Regularly align priorities and actions with the Sales Manager and execute against them. 

• Build strong relationships across customer organizations through regular customer engagement and visits. 

• Understand customers’ applications, development projects and technology roadmaps and translate these into actionable sales and design opportunities. 

• Maximize Arrow’s market share, profitability, technical engagement and design-in opportunities by bringing together the right resources across customers, suppliers, FAEs. 

• Position Arrow’s broader value proposition, including supply-chain and value-added services, technical and design support and supplier expertise. 

• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive environment, market developments and emerging technology trends. 

• Maintain visibility of key customer projects and opportunities and actively drive them forward.

• Several years of experience in sales, account management, business development or technical sales, ideally within electronic components or a related technology areas. 

• Electronic component distribution experience is preferred, including an understanding of the value of supply-chain services, technical/design support and supplier engagement. 

• Specific IP&E experience is an advantage, but not essential. Commercial drive, relevant industry experience and willingness to learn are equally important. 

• An open mindset towards AI, digital tools and new ways of working to improve sales effectiveness and productivity. 

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken. 

• Driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
