In this role, you’ll partner with Body Interior Engineering and cross-functional teams supporting the Bronco and Ranger programs. Your primary focus will include instrument panels, floor consoles, and door trim. You’ll also collaborate with teams responsible for flooring, dash-wall insulation, body exterior, sheet metal, door seals, and electrical systems, including wiring and electronics interfaces. Together, you’ll help ensure quality in fit, finish, and overall system performance.

Plant Vehicle Team Engineers are part of Ford’s North American Engineering organization and work onsite alongside vehicle production teams. As a first line of defense for vehicle quality, they identify, investigate, and resolve issues affecting vehicles built at assembly plants and integrated remote build centers.
