In this position... 

The Product Development Engineer-eDrive Unit Industrialization is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and industrialization of Ford's electrified propulsion systems. This role serves as a key interface between engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and program management teams to ensure program timing, cost, quality, and technical deliverables are achieved.

The successful candidate will drive program execution activities, monitor key milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support issue resolution throughout the product development lifecycle.

Supports eDrive program industrialization and program control activities through cross-functional coordination, supplier management, timing execution, cost tracking, risk mitigation, and launch readiness. Responsible for driving issue resolution, maintaining program metrics, supporting sourcing and development activities, and ensuring successful delivery of eDrive products from development through production.
