Oracle Business Operations is seeking a Program Manager who combines analytical thinking, program management, and practical AI skills to help the business achieve its goals. In this role, you will translate business needs and complex data into actionable insights, manage defined initiatives, and coordinate improvements across business and technical teams.
The role blends analysis with program delivery. You will investigate business questions, identify opportunities, and organize the work needed to put recommendations into practice. This includes establishing deliverables and milestones, coordinating dependencies, communicating progress, and measuring results. Areas of focus include workforce insights, resource planning, reporting, and operational improvements supported by AI and automation.
The ideal candidate brings a practical understanding of business performance and how teams work together. You are comfortable moving between detailed analytical work and coordinating activities across stakeholders. You ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly, and follow through to help teams achieve shared outcomes.
