Technical Account Manager – Oracle Database

Technical Account Manager (TAM), combining strong Oracle Database expertise with customer relationship management, strategic account planning, and service delivery leadership. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers improve database availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will translate customer business priorities into actionable technical plans, coordinate Oracle teams, and oversee service commitments. The role requires technical judgment, clear communication, and ownership of customer outcomes—from proactive risk management and technology adoption to critical incident coordination and continuous improvement
