Principal Technical Account Manager

Engineering Graduate.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA with proven project management capabilities.
Excellent core Oracle Database skill sets with hands-on proficiency across versions 11g, 12c and 19c.
Extensive experience delivering database performance tuning, major upgrades, cross-platform migrations, backup and recovery, and ongoing maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of critical database options including RAC, ASM, and Active Data Guard.
Strong incident and problem management skills with the ability to devise reliable workarounds during crisis situations.
Demonstrated leadership in planning, governing, and managing large, complex Oracle Database installations, migration projects, and customer engagements.
Proven ability to serve as a hands-on technical lead while directing project milestones and technical teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills.
Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional coordination abilities.
