We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Director to lead and scale the Identity Platform engineering organization within OCI Identity and Cryptography. In this role, you will define the technical strategy, drive architecture and platform innovation, and build reliable, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure capabilities. You will lead engineering teams and managers, champion operational excellence, automation, AI-enabled development, and modern engineering practices, and collaborate across OCI organizations to deliver foundational identity platform services. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, deep distributed systems expertise, and a proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives at cloud scale.
