Job Summary
Full Stack Engineering Lead | Java + React + AI
Location : London / Bristol
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to lead a feature team and combine strong hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Java / Spring Boot backend development experience
- Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Good understanding of AI/GenAI integration within modern applications
- Strong Cloud experience, ideally GCP
- DevOps & CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience leading feature/squad teams and driving engineering delivery
- Strong understanding of architecture, code quality, security, testing and engineering best practices
- Ability to mentor engineers and work closely with Product, Architecture and other engineering teams
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred, but not mandatory
