Job Summary

PKI Operations and Maintenance

Manage enterprise PKI including Microsoft Certificate Services and CA platforms

Oversee certificate lifecycle: issuance, renewal, revocation, and inventory

Maintain HSM integrated with MS PKI

Ensure PKI system availability and scalability

Incident and Problem Resolution

Act as escalation point for various teams

Troubleshoot and resolve complex PKI issues

Analyze root causes and implement preventive measures

Policy and Compliance

Ensure PKI operations align with security policies and regulatory standards

Support audits and address PKI-related findings We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3/2 Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our IT Security Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise PKI environments, ensuring secure certificate lifecycle management, troubleshooting complex PKI-related issues, and supporting critical security initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise, operational experience, and the ability to handle escalations as the top-level PKI authority within the organization.
