The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims team. As an associate – Claims Reporting, the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team.

Responsibilities -

1. Good communication skills (Interpersonal, verbal, Presentation written & Email)
2. Good Comprehensive skills and Insurance knowledge
3. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
4. Positive Attitude, Team Player, ability to work independently
5. Collaborate and maintain strong inter-team relationships

Qualifications -

Minimum Required Degree: Graduate

Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service – Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge – Good to have

Experience (Career Level Guide)

• Experience in Insurance will be good to have
• Good Academic record (50% or above)
