Job Overview 

The Vendor Engagement Analyst ensures customer satisfaction by addressing quality, cost, and delivery speed in line with service level agreements (SLAs). This role is essential in developing performance rating systems for Pest Control Third-Party Vendors, focusing on efficiency and sustainability to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

You Will...

• Collaborate with National Accounts Customers' third-party vendors to coordinate pest control services using proprietary application systems. Analyze each system to identify customer and branch trends.
• Audit, accept, or reject account changes submitted by field personnel, National Accounts sales teams, Orkin franchises, Rollins brands, and subcontractors. Serve as an active liaison among these teams.
• Generate and analyze daily reports to:
  • Coordinate Preventative Maintenance and Repairs.
  • Audit work orders and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive service issues and identify communication breakdowns.
  • Report inconsistencies and maintain high service levels to enhance efficiency and customer trust.
• Collaborate with service branches to resolve emergencies effectively, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and close cases as applicable. Analyze trends in case closures and recommend best practices to branches and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree

Experience: Preferred minimum 5 years of business experience in relevant customer service.

Must be able to:

• Solicit, analyze, and document customer requirements using excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Deliver fast, efficient, and quality solutions while becoming a subject matter expert in customer and scheduling requirements, website updates, etc.
• Navigate and utilize tools like MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Become proficient with internal systems: BOSS, 360, and ServiceNow.
• Work with large data sets, managing portfolios up to $1.5 million.
• Handle pressure professionally and meet time-sensitive guidelines and constraints.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently or collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
• Be accessible to customers outside regular work hours to address urgent issues
