Channel Ops Manager

The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, commercial execution, and channel transformation. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, sales teams, and channel partners across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs) to enhance channel effectiveness, improve market coverage, and unlock sustainable growth opportunities.
Rather than serving as a traditional channel operations function, this role acts as a strategic commercial partner to the business. The position is responsible for driving the evolution of channel management practices, improving partner productivity, and enabling businesses to achieve their growth ambitions through a high-performing channel ecosystem.
Operating within a matrix organization, the role requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to align diverse business priorities, drive adoption of best practices, and lead change initiatives without direct authority. Success will be measured by the ability to help businesses accelerate growth, optimize channel performance, and elevate channel management maturity across Greater China.
