Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions and quality standards.
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in assembling components, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the manufacturing process to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the delivery of innovative building automation products that enhance safety, energy efficiency, and productivity for our customers.
