Planning Engineer

- Wood is currently recruiting for Planning Engineer to join our team in Baku, Azerbaijan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational schedules to support safe, efficient, and timely execution of maintenance, shutdown, and operational activities. The role requires strong Primavera P6 experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams.
- Responsible for personal safety and working within the provisions and guidelines of Wood HSE processes and procedures. Promote Company HSE initiatives and safe working practices at all times.
- Ensure compliance with Wood Quality Assurance systems, processes, and operational requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated operational schedules using Primavera P6.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance, inspection, operational, and shutdown activities to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Review work scopes and coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to ensure all activities are accurately reflected within schedules.
- Establish and maintain planning structures aligned with operational priorities and business objectives.
- Prepare short-term, medium-term, and long-term schedules to support operational execution.
