Job Description

Training Consultant L1

Key Mandate Points (what profile MUST demonstrate)

🔹 Core Mandates

  • Candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP-related training and end-user enablement (SAP Materials management or SAP Procurement or SAP Sales Distribution or SAP FICO or SAP HRM -- Hands on application )
  • Strong exposure to Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks, including: 
    • Training design
    • Training delivery (VILT / classroom / webinars)
  • Proven experience in creating training content such as: 
    • Quick reference guides
    • Process documents
    • E-learning modules
  • Hands-on involvement in SAP or ERP deployment / implementation projects
  • Exposure to Organisational Change Management (OCM) initiatives

🔹 Deployment & Change Mandate

  • Experience in supporting or driving SAP rollouts / deployments
  • Ability to align training strategy with change management initiatives
  • Skilled in stakeholder collaboration (business, product, DevOps)
