Join a team of development program management professionals to lead Honeywell Aerospace’s development programs within the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will work directly under the supervision of the Senior Program Director for Power Systems programs. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be expected to execute development programs of significant size and complexity.
This involves achieving scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while showcasing mastery in program management skills. A thorough understanding of various workstreams, including functions and Centers of Excellence (COEs), is essential for this role. You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span multiple major domestic and international locations.
These programs require the coordination of technology development and production across different sites.
Your responsibilities
include defining, generating, and implementing program plans, as well as ensuring the on-time delivery of milestones for both customers and internal stakeholders. As a Senior Program Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving program performance.
