End to end responsible for: • schedule, progress and resource control for the project by validating baselines and progress measurement through PMC. • critical path, constraints and look-ahead governance to trigger early warnings and recovery plans. • integrated reporting for leadership decisions, ensuring changes are time-impact assessed and closures are tracked. • maintaining decision and action logs to keep execution unblocked.
