About the Role:
- Design, review, and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for construction and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Monitor project execution, quality, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, shop drawings, reports, and maintenance recommendations for project stakeholders.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in MEP engineering, project execution, or facilities management within commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other engineering design or project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
