Union - Team Lead - Operations

As a Union - Team Lead - Operations you will perform work with a higher level of responsibility then Senior Operations Associate. You will be responsible for accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as housekeeping of general areas. You will comply with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies. You will check work and assists the Supervisor in directing and controlling work of other associates and job assignments. However, there is no involvement in HR matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, performance management, determining pay increases, etc. You will act as mentor to develop junior staff.
