- Transformation initiatives: Lead cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives from definition through implementation; clarify outcomes, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and measures of success; surface risks early; remove roadblocks; and ensure sustained adoption.
- Digital and AI enablement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning, analysis, reporting, and collaboration through Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation, and modern analytics tools; establish practical use cases and promote responsible, scalable adoption across Finance.
- Process and operating model improvement: Simplify and standardize planning processes, governance, calendars, templates, data flows, and handoffs; strengthen controls and accountability; and improve the efficiency, consistency, and transparency of long-term planning activities.
- Cross-functional alignment: Partner across PS Finance, business teams, Strategy, Corporate FP&A, and other key functions to align assumptions, priorities, deliverables, and decision points across organizations and geographies.
