onsemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - Photolithography for its 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon. In this role, you will work in a dynamic team environment to sustain and improve semiconductor manufacturing equipment within the Photolithography process area. You will perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance while supporting safe operation, equipment availability, product quality, and production priorities. 

This is a Sr. Tech position for Front End shift 1 pm to 1 am (Sun- Tues/Wed) Night shift 15% included 

The primary equipment set includes ASML PAS5500 (400/700/1150) scanners, Nikon i14 steppers, TEL ACT8 coat/develop tracks, DNS 200W coat/develop tracks, and DNS 80A/B/EX scrubbers.
