Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional and highly strategic Head of Creo, EMEA. This senior leadership role will build a unified and future ready approach that champions excellence across the discipline. You will set the strategic vision for Creo across the region, enabling our teams to deliver their best work, at scale.

This role requires a craft leader who can influence at senior levels, guide markets through transformation and ensures creator marketing is a leading capability across the region. As the senior authority on Creo in EMEA, you will shape how we partner with platforms, embed best practices and future proof our creator capabilities for the region. Importantly, you will think and operate across media and creative, ensuring that our creativity is at the heart of our offering.

Craft Excellence:

Defines the creator craft, codifies it into standards and playbooks, and ensures it is translated into partner platform and Omni platform requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product, proposition, vison and north star for Creo in EMEA.
• Bring total clarity to why it is a leading creative-lead solution AND a core part of a clients’ media plan. Elevate the media and the creative aspects, within one offering.
• Create, and constantly update, a future-facing and client-ready set of Creo credentials.
• Ensure we have up to date, clear and compelling proof points
• Codify the Creo discipline for EMEA. Map each stage of the process.
• Develop frameworks, playbooks, and processes. Create the best practices, define the standards and be clear about what good looks like.
• Ensure that you can create a competitive advantage for Creo by using Acxiom, Flywheel, Omni and intelligent use of our scale.
• Be clear on why OM’s solution outperforms our competitors and delivers the best outcomes for our clients.

What you will bring

• Proven ability to design, scale and embed creator strategies, best practices and operating models across a region
• Strong track record of delivering measurable performance uplift and operational excellence
• Deep expertise across major platforms and partners, including audience strategy, creative development, measurement and optimisation
• Experience governing of workflows, QA standards, test and learn frameworks and data informed reporting practices
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues, identify opportunities and drive innovation
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across matrixed regional teams
• Experience developing and upskilling both onshore and offshore teams
• Strong leadership presence with a collaborative, inclusive and empathetic approach
• Deep understanding of the evolving ecosystem including platform behaviour, creator dynamics, privacy changes, commerce and retail media influences and social
• Current knowledge of emerging creator capabilities, automation advances, creative technology and platform roadmap developments
• A forward-looking perspective on how the craft must evolve to maintain competitive advantage and deliver connected and effective outcomes for clients
