What You Can Expect
As a Tenders Administrator Intern, you will support Tenders and Contracts team on a day to day basis whilst managing any commercialy related pricing queries and any other pricing queries relating to the current contracted accounts. You will learn how to control these functions within company guidelines, methods and policies. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build and maintain constructive relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
How You'll Create Impact
- Handle all catalogue requirements during tender submission and after awarded contracts
- Assist Tender Specialists and Group Buying Manager when needed with the preparation and management of all Zimmer Biomet customer contracts.
- Support tender requests from receipts from sales team through to dispatch to the customer, ensuring all internal processes are followed.
- Maintain/develop database of tender responses to be used in future tender submissions
- Maintain and co-ordinate all aspects of the contracts/tenders on a day-to-day basis
- Communicate all contract changes to all relevant parties, internal and external including professional contact with our customers.
- Assist with the production of all tender business proposals
- Achieve 100% accuracy and deadlines of tender submissions.
- Ensure all tender notifications published are logged and disseminated within 24 hours of receipt.

Your Background
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
- An interest in the Medical Technology or Healthcare industries
- A base understanding of the bids & tenders process would be beneficial
- Fluency with Excel, enabling you to complete Vlookups & Pivot Tables is a must
- Comfortable working in fast paced/deadline orientated environments.
- Strong Finnish skills, both orally and written
