AVVC Engineer (Open to Angolan Nationals Only)

The position will work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Operations Teams, customers, third-party vendors, and globally dispersed support teams to deliver a high-quality AVVC service. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on support experience, and the ability to perform onsite diagnostics, hardware replacement, configuration, administration, and user support activities.

The AVVC Engineer will be responsible for the support, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and continual improvement of audio visual, video conferencing, meeting room, digital signage, and room booking technologies across onshore and offshore facilities. The role will provide proactive and reactive support for collaboration environments, ensuring meeting spaces, conference rooms, executive facilities, and digital communications platforms remain operational and available to the business.
