Ensures implementation of digital strategy for the Maison/entity or on a Region/country level, and ensures its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Define and implement the digital marketing strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including concept creation, content development, audience targeting, and value proposition integration across digital channels.
- Identify and leverage new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape, supporting the implementation of capability-building initiatives as outlined in the digital marketing capability roadmap.
- Conduct detailed analyses to understand the needs and expectations of various customer segments, providing actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience strategy.
- Utilize techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify and address customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles.
- Communicate the local action plan clearly to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and how their work contributes to the broader business strategy, mission, and vision; motivate and guide the team to achieve local business goals.
- Set and pursue personal objectives, leveraging performance management systems to enhance individual performance; oversee team performance, allocate tasks, review work completion, and take corrective actions to ensure quality and timeliness, contributing to formal performance appraisals.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for specific products, services, or specialty areas within established marketing frameworks.
- Monitor and track budgets, reporting variances to senior colleagues.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with the ability to handle complex situations and provide guidance to others.
- Proven managerial experience in supervising and directing teams and resources to achieve specific outcomes within set timeframes.
