Newmark is currently seeking a Cost Analyst for our Project & Cost Management business unit, based out of our downtown Toronto office. The Analyst will provide technical support for a variety of cost consulting services to new and existing clients as directed by senior staff members, completing quantity surveying tasks such as project statistics, measuring quantities, reaching out to the market for pricing etc. This role will have the opportunity to be exposed to various sectors, including residential, rail, road, highway, aviation, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
